About this Project
3 Roofs in this private home were leaking due to disrepair of the old torch on application.
In the narrow roof between gables, the joins between the flat roof and the eaves had become unattached and water was seeping up in between, so special attention had to be paid to the seals at the edges.
Roofs 2 and 3 were more straightforward. We stripped off the torch on, ground down the concrete base, washed, sealed and applied the Sikalastic500 membrane.
