About this Project

This multi-level and multi-faceted roof was experiencing significant wear and tear in all areas, including cracked and peeling parapets and vegetation growing in the drains. Plus the old torch was suffering from ponding water in the flat areas.

The cracks in the parapets were caulked, and each of the drains, plinths, and the areas around the equipment were sealed as well. Finally the entire roof was covered Uniflex seamless silicone membrane.
